DIORA Social – Account Deletion Policy

Diora Social respects your right to control your data. You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You may delete your account in one of the following ways:

Option 1 – Inside the App

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Account
  3. Tap “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm your request

Your account will be permanently deleted.

Option 2 – Via Email
If you cannot access your account, you may send a request to:
support@diora.social

Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your username
  • A request stating you want your account deleted

We may verify your identity before processing the request.


What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

  • Your profile will be permanently removed
  • Your posts and media will be deleted
  • Your messages will be anonymized or deleted
  • Your authentication credentials will be removed

Data Retention

We may retain limited data if required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security enforcement
  • Financial record keeping (if applicable)

Such retained data is not used for marketing or profiling.


Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
