Welcome to DIORA Social (“the App”, “Platform”, “Service”). The Service is provided by Diamond International Enterprises. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

To operate the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, display, and distribute your content within the app.
  • Process it as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., showing posts, managing profiles, recommending content).

We never sell your data.
You may revoke this license by deleting your content or your account.

You have the right to:

  • Control how your content is shared

3. User Responsibilities

If Diora Social integrates digital currency, points, tokens, NFTs, or in-app purchases:

  • All purchases follow Google Play Billing and Apple App Store In-App Purchase rules.
  • Digital items are non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • Digital tokens have no guaranteed monetary value unless explicitly stated.
  • Users are responsible for local tax compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The App, logos, interface, design, software, trademarks, and brand assets belong to Diamond International Enterprises.
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute them.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Engage in harmful behavior
  • Compromise platform security
  • Are inactive for extended periods (with notice)

Users may terminate their account at any time through account settings.
