DIORA Terms of Service
Effective Date: 27 July 2025

Eligibility and Acceptance
By using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in
your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Creation and Login
You may access DIORA in two ways:

By connecting a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect); or
By creating an account using a valid email address and password.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and/or wallet keys. DIORA has
no access to your private keys and cannot recover wallet-based accounts.

Ownership of Content
You own the rights to any content you submit, post, display, or share on DIORA (“User
Content”).
By uploading User Content, you grant DIORA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
license to use, store, reproduce, distribute, and display it within the DIORA Platform to
operate, improve, or promote the service. You can delete your content at any time, which
will terminate the license—except for content already redistributed or cached.
Your Responsibilities
You agree not to use DIORA to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Infringe intellectual property rights;
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
Post harmful, illegal, or deceptive content;
Upload malicious code, bots, or spam;
Use DIORA for scams, rug pulls, phishing, or fraud.
DIORA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these Terms.

Features and Utility
DIORA may provide access to:

Web3 social networking features;
NFT-based memberships and rewards;
Token-based services (e.g., Diamond Token “DIT”);
Marketplace functionality;
Voting and governance tools;
Staking and monetization mechanisms;
Integration with decentralized apps, services, or communities.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our sole discretion.

Digital Assets and Blockchain Interactions
DIORA may involve direct, or indirect through links, blockchain-based interactions
including, but not limited to:

NFT minting and ownership;
Smart contract-based governance;
Token transactions and redemptions.
You understand that:
DIORA does not custody user funds or tokens;
Blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible;
If you chose to use the related products and services offered by third-parties, you are
solely responsible for transaction fees (“gas”) and wallet security.

Community Guidelines
We encourage respectful and constructive participation. Violations such as impersonation,
doxxing, hate speech, or malicious behavior will lead to account restrictions or bans.
Privacy and Data Use
DIORA is built with privacy in mind:

We collect minimal personal data, especially when logging in via Web3 wallet;
We never sell user data;

Third-Party Services
You may encounter links or integrations with third-party services (wallet providers, NFT
marketplaces, exchanges, etc.). DIORA is not responsible for any content, functionality, or
actions of those services.
Use them at your own risk.
Disclaimers
DIORA is offered “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or future feature availability.
Token values are volatile, and you acknowledge all associated risks.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DIORA, its operators, affiliates, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed 100 USDT or the amount paid to us in the last 12
months, if any.

Points & Reward Disclaimer (Beta Testing)

Diora Social’s points, ranks, and referral rewards are currently in beta testing.

Please note:

Points and rewards displayed may not represent the final, accurate amounts.

All activity will be recalculated and adjusted when we launch the full version after beta.

Any abuse or fraudulent activity (e.g., creating fake accounts to trigger rewards) will result in the removal of points and possible account suspension.

By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge and agree that rewards during this testing phase are for testing and preview purposes only, and final payouts or coin allocations will be based on recalculated, verified data after the beta ends.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIORA, its affiliates, contributors, and
community leaders from any claim or demand related to your use of the Platform, your
content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using DIORA at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we
believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or disrupted the Platform.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
DIORA is a decentralized platform accessible globally. These Terms shall be interpreted in
accordance with applicable international digital standards and general principles of law.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek resolution first through informal discussions.
Users are also subject to any mandatory legal protections in their country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted with a revised
“Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
