The prepaid card referenced in the DIORA ecosystem is a financial product provided and operated by an independent third-party financial service provider.
The prepaid card is not issued, managed, or processed by DIORA and operates entirely outside the DIORA iOS app.
Use of the prepaid card is optional and is not required to access or use any features of the DIORA app.
Role of the DIORA App
The DIORA iOS app provides informational references only regarding the availability of prepaid card vouchers offered by external providers.
The DIORA app does not:
Issue prepaid cards
Process applications or identity verification
Handle payments, balances, or transactions
Provide customer support for the card
All card-related functionality, including issuance, activation, usage, and support, is handled exclusively by the external provider under their own terms and conditions.
Voucher-Based Access
In some cases, users may be able to acquire or redeem a voucher that can be used with an external prepaid card provider.
Voucher availability, redemption processes, geographic coverage, fees, and card features are determined solely by the third-party provider and may change over time.
The DIORA iOS app does not validate, store, or manage voucher codes.
No Impact on App Experience
Access to a prepaid card or voucher:
Does not unlock features in the DIORA app
Does not affect app access, visibility, or membership status
